BTB coordinates documentation and operational support for controlled goods that may require CHED, veterinary, phytosanitary or other competent authority procedures. We help check available documents, clarify required data and coordinate the next operational steps with involved parties where applicable.
Certain goods may require additional documentation or competent authority procedures before they can move through a border, port, terminal or customs-controlled route. This may include CHED-related procedures, veterinary certificates, phytosanitary certificates or other documents depending on cargo type, origin, destination and authority requirements.
Goods such as meat, fish, dairy products, eggs, animal-origin foodstuffs and related products may require veterinary documents and CHED-related procedures where applicable.
Plants, seeds, wood, agricultural products and other plant-related goods may require phytosanitary certificates or additional checks depending on route and destination.
Certain food products and controlled goods may require additional documentation, notification or competent authority review before movement.
Some cargo types may require additional clarification, certificates, authority checks or special handling depending on documents and applicable requirements.
Support where cargo may require veterinary documentation, CHED-related procedures or competent authority review.
Support where phytosanitary documents or additional cargo checks may be required.
Support for cargo flows connected with ferry routes, ports or terminals where controlled goods documentation must be checked before movement.
Support where controlled goods move under transit or through customs-controlled corridors and documents must be consistent.
Operational support when documents are incomplete, certificates are missing or the next required step must be clarified.
CHED-related procedures, veterinary and phytosanitary controls, inspections, data validation, document acceptance and cargo release depend on cargo type, origin, destination, available certificates, competent authority requirements, customs systems, terminal / port procedures and applicable regulations. BTB provides coordination, documentation support and operational assistance where applicable, but does not control competent authorities, customs authorities, inspection bodies or official decisions.
Send your transport documents, certificates and cargo details to BTB. We will review the available information and help coordinate the next operational steps where applicable.
