How BTB supports route planning

  • Route and document review
  • Customs / transit coordination
  • Ferry and port option checks where applicable
  • Operational follow-up with involved parties

Routes, ferry availability, port procedures, customs processing, inspections, transit closure and cargo release depend on cargo type, route, documents, operator requirements, customs systems and authority decisions. BTB provides coordination and documentation support where applicable, but does not control ports, terminals, ferry operators, customs authorities or official decisions.

Need support with a route or port case?

Send your cargo, route and document details to BTB. We will review the available information and help coordinate the next operational steps where applicable.
