Rail terminal services, container delivery, customs brokerage, T1 opening / closure, cargo handover, terminal status updates and cargo release depend on terminal rules, rail operator requirements, shipping documents, customs systems, competent authority requirements, operator availability and cargo status. BTB does not control terminal, rail operator, customs or authority decisions.
